Our Commitment

At DophinAudio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help with our straightforward return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Have all tags and protective films intact
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or modification

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earbuds or in-ear headphones that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@dophinaudio.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: We'll cover all return shipping costs and send you a prepaid return label.

Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at support@dophinaudio.com. We'll help facilitate the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank - processing times may vary
